Kanye West, the rapper, music producer, and clothing entrepreneur, has listed his ranch and business properties in northwestern Wyoming for sale.
The West Ranch, formerly known as Monster Lake Ranch, was listed for $11 million on Monday. Six square miles (16 square kilometers) of open land and tree-studded hills and outcrops lie about six miles (10 kilometers) south of Cody.
According to the DBW Realty listing, the property includes lakes, a lodge, a commercial kitchen, equipment sheds, a horse facility, corrals, and a go-kart track.
The listing comes just days after West listed seven commercial properties in Cody for more than $3.2 million, according to the Cody Enterprise.
The ranch, which leases additional land owned by the United States government, was listed for $13.3 million before West purchased it in 2019, though it’s unclear how much he paid for it. Wyoming law does not require real estate sale prices to be made public.
West relocated from California to Wyoming in 2019 and established at least a portion of his clothing business in Cody, a city of about 10,000 people on the eastern approach to Yellowstone National Park.
It was unclear whether the property sales meant West was leaving Wyoming or simply reorganizing his operations there. There is no contact information listed for him or her, nor is there a publicist listed with contact information.
Kanye West allegedly paid $57.3 million for a Malibu mansion with a penthouse suite and an ocean viewWest, 44, filed for divorce from Kim Kardashian West and to legally change his name to his nickname, Ye, this year. The couple is the parents of four children.
